EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF TRE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF LITTE CANADA <br />HELD <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Little Canada, MN was held in the Council. <br />Chambers of the City Hall of said City, the day of <br />19 at P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order and announced that the meeting was <br />open for consideration of proposed reassessment of -SILR /WTR /STR 71 -10 (Aud. <br />No. 1512, D/P No. 0094). After the discussion and consideration of the <br />various objections presented, Member introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR S4IR /WTR /STR 71 -10 <br />BE IT RESOLVED HY TRE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The assessment for SWR /WTR /STR 71 -10 should be and is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br />PROP. DESC. ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT AS REVISED <br />William Gervais Sewer 550 ft. 7,656.00 Deferred <br />53- 00600 - 030 -29 Watermain 550 ft. 7,942.00 27,0 <br />275 ft. Deferred 1. <br />Street 550 ft. 11,055.00 275 ft. 5,527.50 <br />275 ft. Deferred <br />Sewer Stub 1,700.00 Deferred <br />Water Stub 1,785.00 1,428.00 <br />Deferred 357.00 <br />$30,138.00 $10,926.50 <br />Deferred 19,211.50 <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing <br />amendment to said assessment is just and equitable, and necessary for <br />a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by and vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same <br />, whereupon said resolution was declared <br />duly passed and adopted. <br />Joseph G.
