ENGINEERS <br />MILNER W. CARLEY <br />& ASSOCIATES <br />SULTINGENGINEERS <br />FOR <br />CONSULTING ENGINEER <br />P;IWEESSIONAL SERVICES- <br />AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />The ENGINEERS shall furnish all materials and-supplies< and personnel to <br />render the services as set forth in`this- agreement. Payments shall" be <br />made by the OWNER to the ENGINEERS in accordance with the fee schedules <br />as stipulated herein: <br />ROJECTS UNDER CONTRACT - BASIC FEE <br />1. Feasibility Report <br />2. Plan Survey <br />3. Prepare Complete Plans <br />4. Prepare Complete Specifications'. <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />A feasibility report may include some or all of the following <br />Preliminary studies, estimates of costs, reports, site <br />inspections, preliminary sketches and conferences with OWNER. <br />This item shall comprise twenty per cent (20 %) of the basic <br />fee. <br />PLAN SURVEY <br />The plan survey shall include all of the survey work performed <br />in the field to provide complete and accurate information <br />pertaining to existing conditions. This survey is essential <br />for the use of the DESIGN ENGINEER in preparation of the plan. <br />The plan survey shall comprise; ten per cent (10%) of the basic <br />fee. <br />3. PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />Complete plans shall include detailed working drawings with <br />sufficient sections, elevations structural details and <br />schedules to enable a contractor to quote a firm price on <br />the work without additional engineering. <br />_1- <br />
