Little Canada Rd.
Little Canada, MN 55117
Dear Administrators:
COMMITTEES:
COMMERCE ANSI ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
LOCAL AND URBAN Al, FAIRS
TRANSPORTATION
Enclosed is an information section basically explaining
H.F. 1530 in the form it passed out of the House of
Representatives on Tuesday, February 3, 1976
There was one amendment that dealt with hearing examiners
by Harry Sieben (which is not included) that would make
it easier for local units to appeal the overall plan. At
that time I felt that I could vote for it, although I
still am not satisfied with the school portion of the
bill. I am sure that when it reaches Conference Committee
that portion of it will be amended. The Senate has a much
better version on schools.
There were so many amendments (six pages) attached to
H.F. 1530 that I will not send copies of what passed
because without an explanation they wouldn't mean much.
As soon as it passes out of the Senate, if it does, and
we get a Conference Committee bill, I will send you a
copy of that.
Sincerely,
Howard Neisen
State Representative
HN /mh
enc.
