MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 27, 2013 <br />Keis stated that based on all the discussion this evening, he was not ready <br />to act on the vacation. Montour agreed, and suggested that action on the <br />vacation be tabled so that the Council could give some thought to all the <br />information presented. Montour also noted that the Mayor will be present <br />at the April 10th Council meeting. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -3 -48 — TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />VACATION OF 33 -FOOT ROAD EASEMENT UNTIL THE APRIL <br />10, 2013 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AT 7:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />McGraw suggested that the City Administrator conduct a meeting with <br />Gordie Howe and the Brausen's prior to the April 10th meeting to focus on <br />the range of options available, including the potential to purchase the <br />Brausen property on a strictly voluntary basis. <br />RECESS At this point in the meeting, 10:50 p.m., the Council took a short recess. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 10:55 p.m. <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -3 -49 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVING A TWO -YEAR EXTENSION OF FINAL PLAT <br />APPROVAL FOR WHISPERING PINES THROUGH MARCH 27, <br />2015; <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
