MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 10, 2013 LCRA GOLF TOURNAMENT FIRE RELIEF ASSOCIATION BENEFIT INCREASE TOBACCO & GAS DISPENSING LICENSES - LITTLE CANADA BP STATION ADJOURN The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Council noted that the Little Canada Recreation Association will be hosting their annual golf tournament on Saturday, May 18, 2013. People seeking more information can visit the City's web site at www.little- canada.mn.us. The City Administrator reported that based on additional review of the numbers, the Little Canada Fire Relief Association has requested more time to consider their request for a benefit increase. It was the consensus of the Council to table action on this matter until a future date requested by the Relief Association. The City Clerk reported that the Diversify Shell, the fee owner of the Little Canada BP Station at 300 Little Canada Road, is requesting transfer of the Gas Dispensing License and Tobacco License to their name. The lease with the current operator has been terminated, and Diversify Shell will again he in management control of the property. The Clerk reported that all application materials are in order and City staff recommends approval. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -4 -59 — APPROVING A GAS DISPENSING LICENSE AND TOBACCO LICENSE FOR DIVERSIFY SHELL AT 300 LITTLE CANADA FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD APRIL 11, 2013 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2013 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour.
