MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 10, 2013 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Structure equipment is used in other City parks, but this proposal is <br />somewhat different from those. It was also pointed out that the current <br />play structure in Nadeau Park is wood and is deteriorating and children are <br />getting slivers. <br />Blesener noted that the cost exceeds the $50,000 budget for this <br />replacement. The City Administrator indicated that the Capital <br />Improvement Budget would be revised to reflect the actual cost. The <br />Administrator indicated that there were adequate funds on hand to cover <br />the difference. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -4 -57 — APPROVING THE BID OF $52,430 <br />FROM FLAGSHIP RECREATION FOR REPLACEMENT OF <br />NADEAU PARK PLAY STRUCTURE WITH LANDSCAPE <br />STRUCTURES EQUIPMENT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PARKS <br />& RECREATION COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
