Page 2 <br />Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />May 3, 1979 <br />A discussion was held regarding Building Inspector Squire's <br />letter pertaining to Landscaping and Park dedication. <br />A motion was made by Jack Radford to have Developers bring in a <br />landscaping plan from a certified Landscaper - plans and costs. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini. <br />Carried: 7 - 0 <br />Bob Metz from the Little Canada Chopper appeared. He would <br />like to add 30 feet to his present building. Lot size 75 x 125 <br />sq. ft. Building - 60 x 44 sq. ft. The zoning is proper. The new <br />addition will be to the East. <br />The Planning Commission had no final plot plan drawings. <br />Working drawings to be reviewed by the Planning Commission Members <br />before the Council Meeting on May 9, 1979. <br />A motion was made by Joe Vitale to accept the concept plan. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford. <br />Motion carried: 7 - 0 <br />A motion was made by Ralph Nardini to have Joe Chlebeck provide <br />developers with the necessary data - route sheet, before appearing <br />before the Planning Commission. <br />Seconded by Joe Vitale. <br />Carried: 7 - 0 <br />A motion was made by Gene DeLonais to adjourn at 8 :50 p.m. <br />Seconded by Joe Vitale. <br />Carried: 7 - 0 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Virginia Fisher <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />VF:bj <br />57 <br />
