MINN. t,b11, Minutes of the regular meeting Planning Commission - City of Little Canada May 3, 1979 The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada was held on the 3rd day of May, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. at 515 Little Canada Road fn said City. The following members were present: Ralph Nardini, Jack Radford, Gene DeLonais, Pete Costa, Virginia Fisher, Joe Vitale, Dick Boss III. The following members were absent: Frank Winiecki and Dr. Tom Keenan. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved. Yorkton, Inc. Two Industrial Buildings Gervais Shores: Bruce Falz R. J. Tansey Owner- Hammond Larry Lee and Jack Welch appeared representing Yorkton. The proposed buildings are to be located just south of South Owasso Blvd. The two struc- tures are to be identical - a flip flop plan. There will be two different heights - office area 10 ft. high and warehouse arm 14 ft. high. Con- crete block constructions colored - no painting or maintenance needed. Diagonal cedar trim. Everything according to the Minnesota Building Code. It will be sprinkled. It will cover about 3.8 acres zoned Industrial. Parking is adequate - 55,000 sq ft. - 102 parking spaces. Each building is 27,298 sq ft. Virginia Fisher made a motion to accept the plot plan as presented. Seconded by Ralph Nardini. Amended subject to parking spaces. To be reviewed by Building Inspector. Motion carried: 7 - 0 The road was changed to 40 ft. width - handled by Resolution of County Board. Lots #1 and #2 have been reduced by 10 ft. along the south line. Ralph Nardini made a motion to accept changes in the 2nd Addition of Gervais Shores. Seconded by Joe Vitale. Motion carried: 7 - 0 JE)
