Nadeau, Jr. <br />Michael Fahey <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Per your request, I have considered the above named variance request. <br />I do not feel I am authorized, nor do I desire to make recommendations <br />to the Council on variances. However, if asked, I can give my opinions <br />on possible problems. There are two considerations that come to mind in <br />the above variance request: <br />1. It would set a precedence for future variances on the proposed <br />Payne Ave. <br />2. Storage of snow when plowing might become a problem when a <br />structure is located 4 feet from a property line. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />L. E.
