KAMPMEYER.
MICHAEL A. KAMPMEYER
MICHAEL. T. DE COURCY
MICHAEL F. FETSCFI
WILLIAM M. HRONSCHNABEL
I.AW OFFICES
DE GOURCY, FETSCH Sc KRONSCHNAI3EL.
1200 MINNESOTA BUILDING
SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA 66101
May 16, 1979
The Honorable Raymond Hanson
Mayor
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117
RE: Notice of Hearing concerning the rezoning of
Planning District No. 4
Dear Mayor Hanson:
TELEPHONE:
(012) 227 -0337
My client, Mr. George W. Klossner, lives at 2902 Jackson Street,
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117. Mr. Klossner has authorized me to express
to you his views concerning the planned rezoning, which was incorporated
in the Notice referred to above.
The portions of the District which is proposed for rezoning and about
which Mr. Klossner is most concerned is the southeast section thereof.
These are incorporated in the Plan as Business - Warehouse. As you know,
Mr. Klossnerts property would be adjacent to that area scheduled for the
Business - Warehouse development.
Mr. Klossner is most concerned about the change in the use which
is authorized by this proposed plan. He strongly opposes that proposed use
and the accompanying detrimental effect such use would have to his property
value, as well as his continued use and enjoyment of his home.
I trust that you will bring this expression of his displeasure with the
proposed plan to the attention of the other council members.
Sincerely yours, `
Michael F.
