Municipal State Aid Funds have not been
applicable to this type of project.
(2) If the intersection to have emergency vehicle pre - emption installed
involves a Trunk Highway, the installation will be done by contract,
the State will prepare the necessary construction plans and
specifications, administer the project, and will maintain the
emergency vehicle pre - emption equipment at the intersection. Any
maintenance costs incurred by the State's forces will be billed to
the City or County. The emergency vehicle pre - emption equipment
will be the property of the City or County.
An emergency vehicle pre - emption installation at the Trunk Highway 35E
East and West Ramps at C.S.A.H. 21(Little Canada Road) intersections
would cost approximately $10,000 for each intersection. This includes
the contract portion of the work, the State's engineering and inspection
costs, and any State forces controller cabinet revisions.
An Equal Opportunity Employer
O
:fl27
JUN 7 1979
CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA
