COUTRACT <br />Thie agreement made thia 20th day of June, 197t , by and between the Town <br />of White Bear, hereinafter referred to as the Town, and the City of White Bear <br />Lake, a Municipal Corporation located in the Counties of Ramsey and Washington <br />and the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the City, witnesseth: <br />In consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, <br />it is mutually agreed by and between the partiea hereto as follows: <br />1. This agreement shall be effective as of the ]s: day cf August. 1978 (7 <br />and shall remain in effect until December 31, 1979. <br />2. The Town agrees to patrol the public <br />vehicle appropriate for the transportation of <br />with a schedule agreed upon by both parties. <br />3. In addition to the regular hours of patrolling referred to, the Town <br />agrees to maintain 'standby service to attend cases - outside regular patrolling <br />hours at the specific request of the City's Police Department. <br />5. The Town agrees to appoint sufficient animal control officers to <br />provide services under the terms of this contract. Animal control officers <br />will poeseaa the same training and requirements as set out in Paragraph 3. <br />6. The Town represents and agrees tat all animals impounded shall be <br />kept at the Town pound at 1281 Hammond Pcad, Write Bear, hinr_esota and the <br />Town agree-3 that all impounded animals shall be kept in a comfortable and <br />numane manner for the period of time required by the City Ordinance. <br />
