-2 - <br />The Town agrees that the pound facilities shall be open and available to reclaim <br />animals from 8:00 AM to 9:C0 AM and from 4:O0PM to 5:30 i -M, Monday through Fri- <br />/day. ‘The pound will also be available on Saturdays and Sundays and other times <br />by appointment with the animal control officeFy C.7 (c7" . > <br />7. At the time that any animal is impounded under this contract, the Town <br />or ita agent shall collect the impounding fee and boarding charges as provided <br />by the City Ordinance. The Town will maintain all records of animals picked up. <br />The Town shalt furnish monthly reports to the City as required as to the service <br />or services rendered. <br />8. In the event an animal is impounded and boarded by the City Health <br />Officer or placed under quarantine by ruling of the State Board of Health, said <br />animal shall be boarded as required by said order or ruling. At the end of such <br />period, the City releases all interest, right and control over said animals and <br />they may then be disposed of at the discretion of the Town. In the event that <br />any dogs, cats, or other impounded animals are unclaimed for a period of five <br />(5) business days, they shall become the property_of the Town and may be dis- <br />posed of or sold at ita discretion, subject to Minnesota Statutes 35.71. All <br />proceeds from the disposition of such animals may be retained by the Town, <br />including any proceeds received from any animals - disposed - -of in accordance to <br />Minnesota Statutes 35.71. <br />9.
