PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />515 LITTLL CANADA RDAU <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />March 1, 1979 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 1st day of March, 1979 at 7 :30 p.m. at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Virginia Fisher, Pete Costa, <br />Gene DeLonais, Ralph Nardini, Dick Boss III, Jack Radford and Frank <br />Winiecki. <br />The following members were absent: Dr. Tom Keenan and Joe Vitale, Jr. <br />TWIN LAKE <br />ADDITION: <br />John Saro, representing the Blaine Construction Co. <br />appeared for the Twin Lake Shores Addition. <br />19 lots are proposed - 600 ft. on Mitchell property - <br />40 feet wide. The rest of the road will be 60 feet <br />wide with a cul -de -sac turn around. Lots will all <br />be at least 100 ft. wide at building site. <br />A motion was made by Gene DeLonais to accept Twin <br />Lake Shores subject to Wetland Ordinance - Subject <br />to 125 ft. setback from Lake and providing all other <br />ordinances are complied with. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini. <br />Motion carried: 7 -0 <br />NEW BUSINESS: Gene Trowbridge - Landowner of Lots 4 & 5, Trowbridge <br />Addition, zoned B2, District 18. Lots 4 & 5 front on <br />DeMont. The Comprehensive. Plan suggests R.B. He wishes <br />to build 4- plexes - separate units. He asks for our <br />approval of R.B. zoning as soon as moratorium is lifted. <br />Neighbors approve on DeMont. The two lots are 230 ft. <br />deep - one is 96 ft. wide and one is 100 ft. wide. <br />A motion was made by Gene DeLonais recommending to the <br />Council to consider rezoning Lots 4 & 5 of the Trowbridge <br />Addition to R.B. (Residential Business). <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini. <br />Motion carried: 7 -0 <br />
