MINN. 55119 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />February 1, 1979 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 1st day of February, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Pete Costa, Jack Radford, Virginia <br />Fisher, Richard Boss III, Gene DeLonais, Frank Winiecki and Brad Nielson, <br />Midwest Planning. <br />The following members were absent: Dr. Tom Keenan, Ralph Nardini and <br />Joe Vitale. <br />The minutes of the January 2, 1979 meeting were approved as read. <br />TWIN LAKE <br />ADDITION: <br />Appearing for the Twin Lake Addition were Blaine <br />Edmundson, Developer and Mrs. Mitchell and Mr. Tom <br />Campanaro, owners. <br />Developer gave a report. <br />Lots should have 40,000 sq ft. with sewer and <br />80,000 sq. ft. without sewer. Should check with <br />DNR. We should have a classification of Twin Lake. <br />A motion was made by Dick Boss that we appeal the <br />classification of environmental for Twin Lake and <br />classify it as a recreational lake. <br />Seconded by Pete Costa <br />Carried 4 -2. <br />Dick Boss made a motion to table request of approval <br />of the Twin Lake Addition preliminary plat. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher. <br />Carried. <br />GERVAIS RIDGE Gene DeLonais made a motion to recommend to the Council <br />ADDITION: approval of the final plat for Gervais Ridge Addition <br />showing a 12 foot easement and showing land dedication <br />area connecting the Cul -de -sac to the north, upon <br />approval of attorney at time of presentation to Council. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford. <br />Carried 6 -0. <br />
