Page 2 <br />Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />February 1, 1979 <br />ART RYAN <br />PROPOSAL: <br />Jim Boyle appeared representing Mr. Ryan. <br />Building on Lot 3, Block 3, Ryan Industrial Park: <br />Request a 6 inch water line from street to building <br />so sprinklers could be added if tenant wanted. <br />A motion was made by Gene DeLonais to table until <br />the Planning Commission can review all previous <br />recommendations made pertaining to the Ryan <br />Industrial Park. <br />Seconded by Dick Boss III. <br />Carried 6 -0. <br />Building on Lot 1, Block 3, Ryan Industrial Park: <br />Also request a 6 inch water line for future sprinkler <br />system. <br />A motion was made by Frank Winiecki that Lot 1, Block 3 <br />be approved, that the ordinance provision prohibiting <br />vehicles backing into the street be enforced and two <br />driveways be provided. <br />Seconded by Pete Costa <br />Carried 4 -2. <br />Dick Boss stated that no more approvals should be made <br />until all landscaping requirements are met and road <br />design be brought up to required standards. <br />GOPHER ELECTRONICS <br />Gene DeLonais: A motion was made by Jack Radford to approve the concept <br />of Gopher Electronics. <br />JIM NADEAU: <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher. <br />Carried 5 -1. (1 abstaining) <br />Jim Nadeau appeared requesting an addition to his <br />present building as a warehouse at 90 W. Woodlyn - <br />South side - block building with steel deck. 40 x 100. <br />
