Little Canada Park Commission Meeting <br />October 25, 1979 <br />The October 25, 1979 meeting of Little Canada Park <br />Commission was called to order at 7:15 p..m. by Chairman <br />Carl Spooner at Little Canada City Center. <br />Six members were present together with special guest <br />Ray Hanson, Mayor of Little Canada. <br />Reports from members included assurance from the <br />contractor to Bill Sanders that the play area will be <br />finished this fall. Joe Donovan reported that the back <br />wall of the bandstand will also be finished. Jim Morelan <br />reported Lieutenant Humphrey's of Ramsey County Sheriff's <br />Department has agreed to cooperate in the continuing effort <br />to check vandalism at Spooner Park. <br />Following extensive discussion and upon motion duly <br />made, seconded and unanimously carried, the following <br />resolution was adopted: <br />It is the recommendation of the Little Canada Park <br />Commission that the present park land fee from both commt'r-- <br />cial and residential development in Little Canada remain <br />at 10 %.
