This should <br />be changed to read "The entire community should be served by a trail <br />system that is properly maintained throughout the year. In areas of vehicle/ <br />pedestrian conflict, sidewalks should be installed." <br />Page 40 number 14 reads "Require all new developments and subdivisions to <br />install curb and gutter and properly control runoff." This should be <br />changed to read, "Where necessary, new developments and subdivisions <br />shall be required to install curb and gutter and properly control storm - <br />water runoff." <br />Page 66 consists of the Proposed Land Use Map. The following page of this <br />memo is a copy of the revised version indicating the following changes: <br />- Northwest corner of Round Lake should be low density residential <br />rather than commercial. <br />- Southeast quadrant of 35E and Little Canada Road should be the <br />same as the Existing Land Use map on page 65 and should include the <br />commercial uses currently existing in that area. <br />- Triangular area bounded by the Soo Line tracks, County Road C <br />and Little Canada Road should include the commercial uses currently <br />existing in that area. <br />15 <br />
