A. CO'ISTRUCTION SUPERVISID <br />This includes all time spent by the Engineer after Award of Contract <br />in performing the following tasks: resident supervision, inspection, <br />preparing change orders, "as- built" drawings, periodic pay estimates, <br />instruction manuals, review of shop drawings, furnishing additional <br />details as may be required to carry out the intent of the working <br />drawings and checking of the Contractor's invoices and a final review <br />of the work upon Contractor's declaration of completion together with <br />the furnishing of a list of any found deficiencies and omissions and <br />a final certification of completion of the project. <br />B. SURVEYS <br />This includes all time spent by the Surveyor and crews setting <br />construction stakes, performing property surveys (including legal <br />descriptions when required) and resetting monuments destroyed by <br />construction. <br />C. LEGAL <br />This includes all time spent by the Engineer in preparing assessment <br />rolls, preparing depositions, court appearances, litigation and right <br />of any work. <br />D. ADMINISTRATION <br />This includes all time spent by the Engineer in the Administration of <br />grants and loans in work not otherwise necessary except as required <br />by the grantor or lendor. It includes pre - applications, applications, <br />coordination, attendance at meetings, telephone calls, all work <br />associated with public meetings. <br />E. ENVIRONMENTAL <br />This includes all time spent by the Engineer in writing reports, <br />research, preparing for and attending public hearings and other meetings <br />relating to the environment or environmental groups. <br />-4- <br />
