MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />January 4, 1979 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 4th day of January, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Pete Costa, Virginia Fisher, Jack <br />Radford, Joe Vitale, Jr., Gene DeLonais and Frank Winiecki. <br />The following members were absent: Richard Boss III, Ralph Nardini, and <br />Dr. Tom Keenan. <br />The minutes of the December 7, 1978 meeting were approved 6 -0. <br />The following officers were elected by white ballot: <br />DR HOLMES: <br />Site Plan <br />Chairman: Pete Costa <br />Nominations: Pete Costa <br />Vice - Chairman: Jack Radford <br />Nominations; Jack Radford <br />Secretary: Virginia Fisher <br />Nominations: Virginia Fisher <br />A garage overlapping said property is to be moved. <br />Exhibit B is the one to go with. Dr. Holmes has <br />agreed to meet all recommendations of the Planner. <br />Gene DeLonais moved to approve the site plan. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford: <br />Carried: 6 -0 <br />GERVAIS SHORES II: Recommend that City Planner review final plat. Legal <br />ramifications of Out Lot. <br />Jack Radford moved to approve the Gervais Shores II <br />addition based on favorable review by the City Planner. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher. <br />Carried: 6 -0. <br />o l i „ <br />
