Planning Commission Meeting <br />January 4, 1979 <br />Page 2 <br />A recommendation was made that the Fire Marshall and City Health <br />Inspector view the dumpster behind Tom Thumb with consideration to the <br />development to the East. It should be moved back even with the garage. <br />The situation is very bad. It blocks the view of out coming cars from <br />the adjoining proposed driveway. <br />Motion was made by Frank Winiecki. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford. <br />Motion carried. <br />Jack Radford made motion that the Little Canada Building Code, Fire <br />Control Systems, be reviewed to see if they are adquate. <br />Seconded by Gene DeLonias. <br />Motion carried. <br />A motion was made by Joe Vitale, Jr. that the Job Descriptions of <br />the following inspectors; Building Official, Electrical Inspector and <br />Mechanical Inspector, be reviewed by the City Council and acted upon. <br />Seconded by Gene DeLonais. <br />Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Jack Radford moved to recommend to the Council the acceptance <br />of the Subdivision Ordinance - 2nd Draft. <br />Frank Winiecki seconded. <br />Motion carried. <br />Gene DeLonais moved to adjourn at 9:25 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Virginia Fisher <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />0 .t <br />
