Minutes of the regular meeting. <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />April 3, 1980 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 3rd day of April, 1980, at 515 Little Canada <br />Road in said city. <br />Call to Order: 7:30pm <br />Roll Call: Members Present: Peter Costa, Richard Boss 1II, Dennis Forsberg, <br />Virginia Fisher, Eugene DeLonais, Joseph Vitale, Sharon Timmons, <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Members Absent: Frank Winiecki <br />Also Present: Brad Nielsen, City Planner, Northwest Consultants <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Motion to approve minutes of February 1980 meeting (said <br />minutes were not available for approval at March meeting) <br />made by Joe Vitale, Seconded by Tom Ducharme <br />Motion carried: 8 - 0' <br />Minutes of March 6, 1980 meeting approved. <br />Art Ryan Building Permit Request: <br />Mr. Art Ryan appeared with site plan for building he wishes to <br />build on Lot 9, Block 4, Ryan Industrial Park. Bond in the <br />amount of $750,00 for Landscaping and Site Work was submitted <br />by Mr. Ryan. The landscaping along Ryan Drive was discussed <br />and Mr. Ryan indicated that the plantings along Ryan Drive <br />could be planted far enough back so they would not be affected <br />by the drainage along the front of the site. Mr. Ryan also <br />stated that the garage doors on the proposed building would face <br />the back of the lot and not Ryan Drive. <br />Motion to approve plans made by Dick Boss, Seconded by Virginia <br />Fisher. <br />Motion Carried: 8 - 0 <br />Peter Langeslay Industrial Building Permit Request: <br />Mr. Peter J. Langeslay appeared with plans for building proposed <br />for property located on the north side of Co. Rd. B., approximately <br />midway between Rice St. and the Soo Line R.R. tracks. Proposal <br />now calls for one 40' x 160' metal building instead of two <br />buildings as previously proposed. Doors on the building, according <br />to plan, would face to the west. <br />Motion to refer matter to planner for further study made by <br />Dennis Forsberg, Seconded by Dick Boss. <br />Motion carried: 8 - 0 <br />
