Page 3 <br />Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />April 3, 1980 <br />Keystone Car Wash (Cont.): <br />plans for installing only one hoist in the building <br />for the purpose of Rustproofing. Accoring to Mr. Nordby, <br />the car wash equipment will be removed and an above grade <br />hoist is to be installed. Mr. Nordby stated that his <br />business has dropped off dramatically since Co. Rd. C <br />cut off the traffic flow on Little Canada Road. <br />Motion to recommend to council to issue special use <br />permit for Keystone Car Wash madeby Gene DeLonais, <br />Seconded by Tom DuCharme. <br />Motion carried: 8 - 0 <br />Brad Nielsen: <br />Adjourn: <br />Mr. Nielsen instructed the Planning Commission to not <br />hesitate to give the City Planner a call any time with <br />any concerns. He stated that the City Planner was hired <br />on a 6 month trial basis to assist Joe Chelbeck. His <br />duties include making field inspections to see if developers <br />are adhering to restrictions set by the City Council, visually <br />checking out any zoning violations in the City, and attending <br />the Planning Commission meetings on the 4th Monday of every <br />month.
