December 6, 1979 Regular fleeting Page Three <br />Myron Wolter; was present with hie revised plans fcr Oak Oak Green <br />Green Addition in Oakdale. Be showed the new and old proposals Addition <br />for review. We were concerned about storage. The arca where <br />we had questions has been deleted and will be used as parkland. <br />They are asking for preliminary comments, before the city's . <br />meeting next week. Mgr. Garbe feels it is a big improvement. • <br />Mgr. Wedig said the road being moved over is much better. <br />Oakdale does not want to accept drainage easements and would <br />rather have homeowners maintain it. They will be registered <br />on the plat and will be shown on it. <br />Pres. Lake moved we advise the City of Oakdale by letter that we Motion <br />have reviewed the revised preliminary plat dated 11 -21 -79 for <br />Cak Green Estates project and find that it achieves our goals <br />sct forth in our earlier letter. We note the City of Oakdale <br />has not yet been able to try to handle the water on the south <br />side of Stillwater Road. Mgr. Garbe seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed, unanimously. <br />Regarding the Clapp — Thomsen permit, we got a draft litter from Clapp — <br />Dennis Palmer. He talked to Mr. Genzch from the County and Thomsen <br />Mr. Harthun from PCA, and they are amenable to the contents. Permit 1/27. <br />Pres. Lake has some editorial changes. Other trash cn the <br />project has apparently been removed. At this time we will not <br />require removal. <br />Pres. Lake moved that we send the letter from the Attorney to Motion <br />Mr. Beckett, representing Clapp— Thomsen Company in the form <br />revised the night of December 6, 1979. Mgr. Garbe seconded the <br />motion. Mr. Marshall can send copies to Mr. Genzch, Mr. <br />Harthun and the CAC. We request that the CAC observe compliance <br />with the clean fill provisions of Permit ;727. Motion passed, <br />unanimously. <br />Pres. Lalce said he saw no objections to Barr Engineering <br />monitoring ponds at Wooddale, and the other Managers agreed. <br />Mr. Klein reported the Sprosty permit is being complied with <br />and he has built a temporary bridge over the county citch to <br />get material from one side to the other. <br />Mgr. Newmark noted the budget summary ending October 20. She <br />moved we approve the.bill list of December 6, inclueing check <br />numbers 2269 through 2278 -in the total amount of $8,318.12. <br />This includes $5,473.33 for_Administrative Fund and $2 144.79 <br />for Battle Creek 2 Fund. Mgr. Wedig seconded the motion, and <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />The cash position shows Ramsey County has submitted $47,250 for <br />Battle Creek 1 Fund. We •are now paying Battle Creek expenses <br />from Battle Creek savings account, but it has not paid the <br />Administrative Fund back for advances.
