Resolution declared adopted. <br />CALL F'OR The City Administrator reviewed the report dated May 18, 2006 <br />PUBLIC recommending that the City Council call for a Public Hearing to <br />HEARING - consider the revocation of the Conditional Use Permits for 3165/3167 <br />VALOR Spruce Street, Valor Enterprises, given the long continuing violations <br />CUP of this CUP. It was also noted that the Auto Repair License and the <br />REVOCATION Auto Sales License for Valor Enterprises expire on June 30, 2006, and <br /> City staff will noC be recommending the renewal of these licenses. <br />LaValle asked initiating the process to consider revocation of the CUP <br />would interfere with the City's pending court action against Valor <br />Enterprises. The City Attorney suggested that the City's sh~ongest <br />position would be to revoke the CUP after a criminal conviction. <br />However, it may take some time before the criminal proceeding is held. <br />The City Administrator pointed out that Valor Enterprises has multiple <br />violations of the CUP and has been issued multiple citations. Finalization <br />of the criminal proceedings is not a requirement for revocation of the <br />CUP. The Administrator felt that there was enough track record with this <br />11 <br />
