MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 24, 2006 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />APPRAISAL The Council reviewed the appraisal cost estimate for the City's <br />FOR Twin Lake area property received from Nicollet Partners at an <br />TWIN LAKE estimated cost of $7,500 plus miscellaneous expenses not to exceed <br />AREA $100. IC was noted that the appraisal will be used as a tool in <br />PROPERTY evaluating development proposals based on various use potentials that the <br />City will be seeking for this property. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced Che following resolution and moved its adoption <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-5-128 -ACCEPTING THE APPRAISAL <br />ESTIMATE OF NICOLLET PARTNERS FOR THE CITY'S TWIN <br />LAKE AREA PROPERTYAS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-5-729 -APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-5-130 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
