Sub: Licen< <br />Dear; City cf Little Canada <br />RE; Parking ice fence, <br />I have repaired'all broken boards, and the fence <br />is in good condition. <br />RE; Security Service Fof Hoggsbreath Parking Lot. <br />Starting Dec. 7, 1980 I hired Twin City Security too <br />patrol the lot every night. When on Feb. 13, 1980 I had <br />-Too dismiss them, for the reason being that I personaly <br />caught their men sleeping out in their car, several times. <br />I then put an add in the paper and hired my own security <br />person which I have working on Friday and Saturday night <br />too patrol the parking lot from 11:00 p.m. Too 3:00 a.m. <br />At this time Ifeel that this program is working, and it <br />is not busy enough too hire anyone during the weekdays. <br />I myself make sure their is no one left in the parking <br />lot when Ileave each night at about 2:00a.m. <br />Yours sincerely, <br />12 <br />
