Last Chance Saloon
2500 No. Rice St.
Little Canada, Minnesota 55113
Dear Mr. Saad:
Raymond r. .•
COUNC':
Robert DeEr.
Roy P. Nadeau, r
M,ch•l Fahey
Beverly Sae
Following a number of complaints, I inspected your fence partially
surrounding your property. My inspection revealed the fence to be in
a bad state of repair. Little Canada Ordinance 0160, Section I -4 re-
quires that every fence be maintained as to not become an eyesore.
Past history has indicated this to be a continuous problem. The in-
stallation of curbs to prevent vehicles from contacting the fence
would alleviate this problem.
0 0
The City can no longer tolerate this condition and insists that the
fence be repaired.
If you have any questions concerning this, please call me.
Sincerely,
31
.i ;.
L.
