1. Name and residence address of the developer; 2. Name and residence address of any operator or agent actively managing the rental dwelling or building proposed to be converted to condominium status; 3. Street address of said rental dwelling or building; 4. Number and kind of units within said rental dwelling or building including: (a) Approximate square footage of each unit in said rental dwelling or building; (b) Number of bedrooms in each such unit; (c) Amount of rent charged for each such unit during the previous six months; (d) Number of persons residing in each such unit, approxi- mate age and length of occupancy; (e) Vacancy rate of said rental dwelling or building during the previous six month period. 2701.140. PERMIT FEES. The City Clerk before issuing any permit as required by this Chapter, shall require the payment by the applicant of a fee in the amount of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each unit in the rental dwelling or building proposed to be converted to a condominium status. 2701.150. GROUNDS FOR DENIAL. The City Council may deny an applica- tion if it is found that the proposed conversion to condominium status would tend to have an adverse City -wide effect on displacement of low and moderate income individuals or families. 2701.160. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of Sections 2701.010 to 2701.150 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions of this Ordinance. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication. Passed by the Council of the City of Little Canada, this _ day of , 1980.
