UD,n;G IN SECT II ; 1501.010 A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF FILL TO REQUIRE A PERMIT AND CRANGING THE WORD "ORDER" TO "PERMIT ", AND IN SECTION 1501.020 INCREASING THE PERMIT FEE FROM $50.00 TO $100.00. THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE Cr LITTLE CANADA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Little Canada, Section 1501.010. Application. is hereby amended to read as follows: • " 1501.010. APPLICATION. Whenever any person proposes to fill in any low land lying within the Village with more than 500 cubic yards of fill, he shall apply for a permit from the Village Council authorizing such land fill operation." Section 2. That the Municipal Code of Little Canada, Section 1501.020. Information and Fee. is hereby amended to read as follows: "1501.020. INFORMATION AND FEE. Application as provided in the fore- going section shall be made to the Clerk of the Village upon such form as the Clerk shall provide. The application shall set forth the name and address of the applicant, the legal description of the land to be filled, the name and ad- dress of the owner of the land, a description of the type of fill material to be placed upon the premises, an estimate of the time required to complete the land fill, a statement that the applicant will comply with all conditions prescribed by the Village or its officers or agents. The fee for such application shall be $100.00 to be paid to the Village at the time the application is made." Section 3.
