THIRTEENTH RIDER TO AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, Made this day of , 1980 by and between the BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, hereinafter called the "Board ", and the CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, hereinafter called the "City ", being the Thirteenth Rider to that certain Agreement made by and between said Board and said City the 13th day of July, 1966, and by this reference incorpor- ated herein and made part hereof with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said Agreement were set forth herein verbatim. WHEREAS, The Board is owner of a 170 foot wide right -of -way across the Northwest One- Quarter (NW's) of the Northwest One- Quarter (NW') of Section Eight (8) Township 29 North, Range 22 West, County of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, The City desires permission to enter upon certain portions of said Premises and to install, operate and maintain a concrete block warming house building and water line and hydrant for ice skating rink maintenance; and WHEREAS, The Board is willing to grant said permission to the City consistent with the requirements and safety of the works of the Board, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED, In consideration of the mutual promises and agree- ments of the parties hereto, that: 1. Said Board hereby grants to said City the permission to install, operate and maintain a concrete block warming house building and a water line and hydrant upon and across the Board's right -of -way as outlined in red color and location as shown on attached drawing marked Exhibit "A ". 2.
