3. That Paragraph 42 of the original Agreement dated the 13th day of July, 1966 <br />pertaining to "Minimum Standards for Public Waterworks and Public Sewers" <br />be rescinded for this project and that the fifteen -inch (15 ") storm sewer <br />and earth embankment installation shall be in accordance with plan location, <br />grade and detail as shown on Exhibit "A" and "B ". <br />4. All distrubed areas of the Premises are to be restored by seeding and <br />mulching. <br />BE IT FURTHER AGREED, That the permission and authority granted by the said Board <br />to the said City is subject to all the terms and conditions contained in that certain <br />Agreement made by and.between said Board and said City the 13th day of July 1966, <br />excepting Paragraph 42 thereof, which Agreement is incorporated herein by reference <br />and made part hereof with the same force and effect as if set forth herein verbatim. <br />This Agreement is made and executed pursuant to and under the authority of reso- <br />lution numbered adopted by'the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of <br />Saint Paul on the <br />day of , 1980 and of a resolution adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada on the day of <br />, 1980 copies <br />of said resolutions being annexed hereto and by this reference made part hereof the <br />same as if set forth herein, verbatim. <br />-2- <br />43 <br />
