RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE ESTABLISH- MENT OF A BUFFER ZONE ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 1, TROWBRIDGE ADDITION. WHEREAS, the owners and developers of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Trowbridge Addition have petitioned the City of Little Canada for re- zoning of said property, and WHEREAS, the City Council approves of said Petition subject to the establish- ment of a buffer zone along the North property line; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Little Canada, that a condition be attached to the re- zoning of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Trowbridge Addition, whereby a permanent buffer zone be established along the north boundary of said lots to afford a greater degree of privacy from the property adjacent to said north property line, and that said buffer one be established and maintained by the developers of said Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Trowbridge Addition on their own land and at their own expense, having sufficient width and depth and with sufficient planting of trees, shrubs and other vegetation to effectively screen the subject property from said property north of the north property line. Further that a copy of this Resolution shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder for the purpose of giving notice to all interested parties, now and in the future, of this condition being placed upon the re- zoning of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Trowbridge Addition.
