Page 2- Planning Commission Regular meeting December 4, 1980 Mr. Burrow said that St. Jude Medical is also committed to complete the road extending to County Road B -2 during Phase 2. He stated that the 8" water main coming in from Viking Drive is adequate to handle the sprinkling system for Phase 1. Motion to recommend to the Council approval of Development stage for Phase 1 as well as Final State made by Joe Vitale, 2nd by Thomas Ducharme. Motion carried 6 -0. Mr. Burrow further stated that the areas around the bldg. will be sodded. Joe Vitale said that they would be required to post Landscaping Bond. Mr. Burrow stated that they would post any necessary bond. Gene DeLonais wanted the Council to give special consideration to the traffic problem on Rice St. and Viking Dr. NOISE ORDINANCE The Planning Commission members felt that the hours of operation in the Snowmobile Ordinance should be the hours put into the Noise Ordinance for hours of operation of recreational vechicles. Motion to change housrs in Sec. 2801.090 Section a. to coincide with hours in Snowmobile Ordinance #127 and that the council again review the Planning Commission recommendation in regard to Rubbish Hauling, made by Gene DeLonias 2nd by Sharon Timmons. Motion carried 6 -0. APPOINTMENTS OF 1981 Virginia Fisher stated earlier that she did not wish to serve another term on the Planning Commission. Dennis Forsberg will be leaving to serve on the Council. Joe Vitale and Sharon Timmons will submit letters to the Council stating their desire to continue to serve on the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission wishes to notify the City Council that two vacancies will need to be filled. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm.
