Owasso Blvd. to Woodlyn Ave.
Woodlyn Ave. from Rice St. to East End.
R.O.W. acquisition, grading, gravel base,
sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer,
bituminous surface, concrete curb and
gutter.
INITIATION: Council
RIGHT OF 'WAY: Some Right -of -way acquisition required.
EASEMENTS: Some easements are required.
FEASIBILITY: This improvement is feasible
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Because of the topography of this area it
is necessary to construct the sanitary and
storm sewer to drain to the low point on
Soo Lane and the east to the Waterworks ROW.
IV ',ei Lt.)
Pi 1:-8c,
.. \N \;',\
Likewise, Woodlyn Ave. must drain to the Eas
end and then Southeast along the Waterworks
to discharge into existing sewers on South
Owasso.
This means that there are some parcels of
land that although they do not abutt the
street nevertheless receive other benefits
from this improvrnent of sanitary sewer,
storm sewer and watermain.
Consequently the assessment formula would be
somewhat complicated.
2. The location of the streets is fairly firm;
however the location of easements are subjec
to changes made to accomodate development.
