Minutes Frank Graczyk Lot Split Krienke Property Division & Parking Layout MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA January 8, 1987 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of January, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman Bill Davison Gene DeLonais Art Herkenhoff Thomas Perlinger MEMBERS ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Peggy Schweizer Sharon Timmons Steve Grittman, City Planner Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary There being no corrections to the minutes of the December 11, 1986 Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the minutes will stand approved as read. Mr. Frank Graczyk appeared before the Commission requesting approval to divide his property on Sylvan Avenue into two lots. Graczyk pointed out that since Lake Street has been vacated, he has acquired 30 additional feet of property through the vacation. The proposed lots would be 75 feet by 134 feet deep and 80 feet wide by 134 feet deep. The City Planner reported that both lots meet minimum Code requirements, and pointed out that neither lot would be a corner lot. The Planner recommended approval of the lot split. Mr. Herkenhoff recommended approval of the Frank Graczyk property division as submitted. Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. Motion carried 5 - 0. Dr. Krienke, property owner on Rice Street and County Road C, appeared before the Commission requesting concept approval of a property division dividing 20 feet of property from the site of his veterinarian clinic and adding the 20 feet to his property located at the corner of Rice Street and County Road C.
