Minutes <br />Frank <br />Graczyk <br />Lot Split <br />Krienke <br />Property <br />Division <br />& Parking <br />Layout <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />January 8, 1987 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 8th day of January, 1987 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. <br />and the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Peggy Schweizer <br />Sharon Timmons <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the December 11, 1986 <br />Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the minutes <br />will stand approved as read. <br />Mr. Frank Graczyk appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />to divide his property on Sylvan Avenue into two lots. Graczyk <br />pointed out that since Lake Street has been vacated, he has acquired <br />30 additional feet of property through the vacation. The proposed <br />lots would be 75 feet by 134 feet deep and 80 feet wide by 134 feet <br />deep. <br />The City Planner reported that both lots meet minimum Code requirements, <br />and pointed out that neither lot would be a corner lot. The Planner <br />recommended approval of the lot split. <br />Mr. Herkenhoff recommended approval of the Frank Graczyk property <br />division as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Dr. Krienke, property owner on Rice Street and County Road C, <br />appeared before the Commission requesting concept approval of <br />a property division dividing 20 feet of property from the site <br />of his veterinarian clinic and adding the 20 feet to his property <br />located at the corner of Rice Street and County Road C. <br />Page -1- <br />
