Eight returned survey <br />questionnaires. <br />Items surveyed for comments or suggestions: <br />I. Hiring Practices <br />A. Majority of responses positive <br />B. Comments: <br />1. Could /should be handled differently in the Recreation <br />Department. <br />2. No consistency. <br />3. Wages less by comparison. <br />II. Work Load <br />A. Majority - fair <br />B. Minority - too much <br />III. Salary and Benefits <br />A. Majority - low compared to other citys' employees with same <br />responsibilities <br />B. Minority - fair <br />C. Sick Leave - potentially could become an unfair item <br />Page 25 <br />
