Joe /Roger should be able to handle problems. <br />Overall I personally am pleased with the comments from our employees, both <br />positive responses and constructive criticisms. I feel it gives us some <br />direction on things that we should perhaps address and change that we may <br />be overlooking as an employer, and that we are doing many things on an <br />equable level for our employees. <br />Page 26 <br />
