L.. <br />minutes <br />Regular <br />Meeting <br />City Council <br />July -13 -77 <br />Continued <br />COUNCIL LEGISLATIVE ITEM <br />Proposed <br />Caplette <br />Property <br />Division. <br />• <br />The Caplette's submitted for approval a proposed <br />divison of parcel 53- 54500 - 073 -00. The proposed division was <br />indicated on a drawing, marked clerk's exhibit no. 1136. The <br />engineer also submited a report, marked clerk's exhibit no. <br />1136, which indicated that the property can be served by <br />sanitary sewer and the 30 ft easement is sufficient for a <br />22 " road surface. <br />The Council discussed the proposed property division. <br />Mr. De Bace recommended that an adequate turn -a -round be made <br />at the end of the proposed road. It was also pointed out that <br />no building permit could be issued for these parcels until a <br />road has been constructed by the developer of these parcels. <br />Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption. <br />WHEREAS: <br />' " WHEREAS? <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77 -7 -185 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSED PROPERTY <br />DIVISION AND GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR A <br />SUB-STANDARD STREET. <br />A proposed property division of parcel, <br />53- 54500 - 073 -00, was submitted for approval, as indic- <br />ated on a drawing marked clerk's exhibit no. 1136. And <br />The engineer submitted a report, marked <br />clerk's exhibit no. 1136, indicating that the par- <br />cels can be served by Municipal Sanitary Sewer and 30 <br />ft. width street is sufficient for this area. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY CF LITTLE <br />CANADA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Exhibit D <br />COUNCIL MINNUTES <br />1977 Subdivision Request <br />That the proposed property division of <br />parcel 53- 54500 - 073 -00- is hereby approved as follows: <br />A). Survey of the property to be made indicating <br />lots and road easments. <br />B). Adequate turn -a -round be made at the end of the <br />road. <br />C) The property owner or the developer of these lots <br />are to lake the necessary sanitary sewer connections <br />and road improvements. <br />D).
