City Council. <br />'larch 23, 1283 <br />Caplette <br />Property <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. Licht replied that with this information they can determine the <br />procedure to Follow in the situation. <br />Mrs. Nardini suggested that. NSP also check if there are records on the <br />garage being lived in during summer months. <br />Assessment Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Reapportionment <br />Div. No. 057900 RESOLUTION NO. 83 -3 -135 — APPROVING THE <br />ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR DIVISION <br />Agenda NO. 057900, D/P 0032, AIJD. 0425 <br />Item No. 19 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Forsberg, Hanson, Nardint, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 149. <br />Total Asphalt Mr. Carley reported that the letter in the Council agendas on Total <br />Asphalt Company is for Council information. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 20 <br />Signals On <br />Rice And <br />Minnesota <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 21 <br />The Engineer reported that he has received the plans and specs for the <br />temporary traffic signal at Rice and Minnesota. <br />The Engineer reported that the City may need a wage determination <br />on this project. The City Attorney will he getting an opinion from <br />the Attorney General on this. <br />The Engineer reported that the specs say that the City will be furnishing <br />certain items for the signals, however, the State will furnish these <br />items to the City and the City in turn will pay the contractor. The <br />State will also be doing the final i.nspectior, on the signal. The <br />cost to the City will he assessed at 1007.. <br />Mrs. Scalze asked what will happen if it is decided that a permanent <br />signal will not be needed at this location. Mr. Hanson thought the <br />only difference would be that arrows are provided on a permanent <br />signal. Mrs. Scalze pointed out that there are no arrows on the signal <br />at County Road C and this situation works. <br />Mr. Forsberg pointed out that the State wants the City to perform the <br />maintenance for this signal. The Utility Department does not have any <br />one to perform this work. Mr. Glanzer is discussing this with the <br />County and they may ta'.ce over this from the City. <br />Page 116 <br />
