•
Little Canada Planning Commission
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117
Dear Commission Members:
April 8, 1786 wnwrirtj.
APR 9 W07
CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA
1 Robert J. Rudolph` property owner and resident at 525 Allen
Avenue, 1 am against the City of Little Canada granting the lot
split and side yard set back variance at 551 Allen Avenue, for
the following reasons:
1. The property values of existing properties in the
immediate area would be decrease by the allowing of
property lines to come so close to an existing
residential building.
r
The granting of such a variance will also set precedent
for any future such variances.
3~ The overall quality of the area and the city will be
affected by the allowing of such variances, which can
result in the community to become much like the
intercity community. The open area of the suburban
community will soon be lost by the allowing of
variances such is proposed.
I urge each commission member to thoroughly review the effects
of granting such a variance and ask whether you would want to be
a property owner in an area where houses will sit almost on top
of each other"
I thank you for hearing my concerns regarding this proposed
variance and trust that you will use your better judgement and
deny granting this proposed variance.
Page 27
Sincerely,

/, ''v z
Robert 3.
