Please note that they are only preliminary <br />plans. To date it is my understanding that Yorkton <br />Development will submit plans for utilities and file an <br />application in writing. Such application shall: <br />1. Identify and describe the work to be covered by the <br />permit for which application is made. <br />2. Describe the land by legal description. <br />3. Indicate the use or occupancy for which the <br />proposed work is intended. <br />4. Be accompanied by plans, diagrams, computations, <br />and specifications, be prepared and designed by <br />engineer, and signed by architect. <br />5. State the valuation of the new building and type of <br />construction. <br />6.
