It will be necessary to size the ponding area to <br />adequately serve the drainage area that contributes <br />to this ditch system <br />2. The sewer and water utilities must be extended from <br />the south to serve the project and also the property <br />to the north. It would appear that this should be <br />a City project because of the easements and numerous <br />owners involved.
