Yorkton <br />Development is proposing an office- warehouse in this area for Slumberland. <br />The initial phase will consist of 12,000 square feet of office space, together <br />with 99,000 square feet of warehouse. This review will comment on general site <br />planning criteria and any subsequent applications necessary for the further <br />processing of this proposal. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Use <br />The proposed use of office - warehouse is permitted in the district. One require- <br />ment will be an application for a Conditional Use Permit for accessory retail <br />sales and service. The owner proposes to include a "close -out" store in this <br />facility which requires a separate Conditional Use Permit in this district. <br />Site Plan <br />The I -P District has a number of review criteria which are unique to this district, <br />such as lot coverage and landscape area.
