The pavement will be similarily reducer to 24 feet. <br />A catch basin should be added on the northeast corner of Allen and the <br />new road. <br />A walkway easement 20 feet wide should be shown between lots 7 and 6, <br />block 1 to connect the cul -de -sac to the proposed walkway trail north <br />of block 1. <br />Sewer and water is available to the site. <br />No final plans for utilities have been submitted at this <br />Yours truly, <br />MILNER W.
