OF THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING <br />CODE, RELATIVE TO SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR R -1 PROPERTIES <br />DEVELOPED BEFORE JUNE 25, 1980. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 905.020.0 of the Little Canada Zoning Code is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />2. Side Yards: <br />a. Any lots legally divided and upon which a single family <br />house was constructed prior to June 25, 1980 shall have a <br />minimum of a five (5) foot side yard setback for the <br />principal building and for any future attached additions to <br />such buildings. In the case of such properties, the five <br />(5) foot side yard requirement shall apply only to the <br />principal building and attachments thereto. Accessory <br />buildings in all cases shall maintain a minimum side yard <br />setback of ten (10) feet. <br />b. Except as provided in "a" above, the side yard setback shall <br />be no less than ten (10) feet on an interior lot line, nor <br />less than thirty (30) feet on a side yard abutting a public <br />right -of -way. <br />Page 97 <br />
