In the odd numbered years, the county will train those who are interested in burning <br />their own prom packs for the election. If no one is available to train, the County <br />will do this work. <br />The County will accumulate vote results in both odd and even years if needed. We <br />will also generate one free print out of election results. Multiple copies will be <br />produced at actual cost. <br />At this point no further meetings of the Voting Equipment Task Force have been <br />scheduled. <br />cc: File <br />Page 7 <br />
