MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 20, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 20°i day of <br />December, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Barb Allan <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />City Engineer Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Cable TV Producer Ms. Vanessa Van. Alstein <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2006-I2-290 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMBER 20, 2006 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />NOVEMBER 20, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />DECEMBER 4, 2006 TRUTH IN TAXATION HEARING, AND THE <br />DECEMBER 7, 2006 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />WINTER Mayor Blesener reminded residents of the City's winter parking ban <br />PARKING which prohibits overnight parking from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. from <br />BAN November 1S` through March 31S`. This winter parking ban will help with <br />snowplowing operations. Blesener noted that community survey results <br />showed residents supported a winter parking ban rather than ayear-round <br />overnight parking ban. <br />
