MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 20, 2006 <br />RENEWAL OF Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the renewal of <br />PAWN a Pawn Brokers License for Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry as well as the <br />BROKER & renewal of Second Hand Goods Dealers Licenses for Lincoln Pawn & <br />SECOND HAND Jewelry, Christian Life Ministries, Joe's Sporting Goods, and Salvation <br />GOODS Army. It was noted that the Sheriff's Department submitted a listing of <br />DEALERS calls for each establishment as well as letters indicating that they had no <br />LICENSES concern with the renewal of these licenses. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Allan, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-12-291-APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF <br />PAWN BROKERS LICENSE FOR LINCOLNPAWN & JEWELRY <br />AND THE RENWAL OF SECOND HAND GOODS DEALERS <br />LICENSES FOR LINCOLN PAWN & JEWELRY, CHRISTIAN LIFE <br />MINISTRIES, JOE'S SPORTING GOODS, AND SALVATIONARMY <br />FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2007 THROUGH <br />DECEMBER 31, 2007 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />REZONING, Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the Rezoning of <br />AMENDMENT the Frattalone Rice Street site and the parcel purchased from the railroad <br />TO PUD to Planned Unit Development, an Amendment to Frattalone's Planned <br />PERMIT Unit Development Permit to reflect site changes, as well as a <br />COMPRE- Comprehensive Sign Plan. It was noted that the City Planner and the <br />HENSIVE Planning Commission have recommended approval subject to compliance <br />SIGN PLAN - with the September 26, 2006 Site Plan as submitted, and approval of the <br />RICE STREET/ Comprehensive Sign Plan as submitted as well as compliance with the <br />SPRUCE STREET -recommendations of the city Planner as outlined in his November 3, 2006 <br />FRATTALONE report. <br />COMPANIES <br />Frank Frattalone appeared before the Council and noted that there was <br />discussion at the last meeting about the parking of his equipment.
