MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 20, 2006 <br />2007 BUDGET Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the 2007 Budget. <br />The City Administrator reported that the proposed 2007 Gross Levy <br />amount is $2,251,678, or a 2.86% increase over 2006. The Administrator <br />also reviewed the 2007 Capital Improvement Plait as well as proposed <br />salary increases. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Allan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2006-I2-295 -RATIFYING THE 2007 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PLAN AS WELL AS RATIFYING 2007 SALARY <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2006-12-296 -APPROVING THE 2007 B UDGET <br />AND CERTIFYING THE 2007 GROSS LEVYAT $2,251,678 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-72-297 -CERTIFYING THE 2007 DEBT <br />LEVYAT $0 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />12 <br />
